Built on basic life principles that shape the foundation, The Reality Formula™ is a process that operates on the formula for which it is named, and it is this: When we (the mind) thinks a thought and believe its, we do two things automatically. One, we feel the emotions that go with that thought, and two, we react as if what we believe is true – which means we will act and feel in ways that essentially prove our beliefs to be true.
